Russian Ghost Town

ghost town russia moscow01 492x284 Russian Ghost Town

This small town was abandoned in 1992 and was pretty well preserved considering its location which is very close to the Russian capital, Moscow. There is an electric station, two 5 floor buildings, many small administrative buildings and warehouses in the town. It was built for the workers and families of the C-25 military complex and for that reason is nowhere to be seen on the maps.

Pics are great! This place look total ghost town. So many people no place were to live in Russia! Government can put windows and people can live there!

Sadly the urban decay that the proverbial unquenched giants of industry discard only to repeat leave such interesting skeletonized buildings of past scenes where prosperity and hope were once born then toiled to the middle age to only find no restitution in their twilight to finally be left to their own devices and then total abandonment ?
It is seen everywhere from Canada to Kazakestan where world debt is wasted on weaponry and insecurities far removed from the dangers of the modern era yet are entertained by the very cheap suits who encourage the wasteful spending upon themselves and the programs that can only profit and as usual linger to only see more buildings built when to refurbish the ghost towns of yesteryear would be as good if done right as the wasteful complexes that mushroom into concrete castles and mountain ranges of architectural misery !
It behooves me to witness people stacked like cordwood in concrete matchboxes when such vast countrysides are surrounding them everywhere ?
Why can,t the governments with their international bail out monies attempt to connect the people with the earth again by building small farms and cabins in native regions where they can right the wrongs of past mistakes and reap the rewards and costs of reuniting reevauating recycling and reownership in a time when the scarred and broken dignified peoples have had enough of another regime dedicated to self indulgence and spending only to appease the lenders and then buy the time to surrender their souls and abandon another town with the people rooted and feeling looted the thought alone inside is polluted so while the machine creeps upon the future of another place the ghost towns of tommorrow prepare to take todays towns with an experienced collective stare of the anarchic proverbial poker face …

Bode Well small towns of yesteryear ,May you always crumble with dignity

It is terrible what the HUMAN RACE is doing to it’s self. Is this the reward for our selfishness.? What a mess we have made for others to live with. Mankind should know better, but it’s the blind leading the blind.
